Our On-Site Manager: A Mixed Blessing?

Our community is lucky to have an on-site manager—many HOAs don’t! But, according to some residents, interacting with her can sometimes feel like approaching royalty without an appointment. A few have even suggested she has a bit of a prima donna flair.

One common concern is communication. Some residents feel that messages from management could be clearer, more frequent, and—dare we say—friendlier. After all, an HOA runs best when everyone is on the same page!
