Our HOA is led by four officers, each playing a role—some more actively than others:

• President – Pssst… seems to have a favorite hobby: selecting contractors.

• Treasurer – Seems mostly interested in investing our money in search of an extra 0.001% return, as if that’s the key to our HOA finances.

• Vice President – Role remains somewhat unclear.

• Secretary – Are HOA laws changing too fast, or is someone just not keeping up? You decide! 📜🤔

 

Of course, this is just a subjective personal opinion, based on observations and experiences. Nothing stated here should be taken as fact, and all claims are purely for discussion and informational purposes.
